| 摘 要： | 分析了普通外啮合齿轮流量计的瞬态流量，由齿轮马达的瞬态流量特性推导出了流量计的瞬态流量数学模型，给出了不同齿数情况下流量计的流量脉动，研究了脉动率和齿轮齿数的关系，利用MATLAB软件模拟了流量计的流量特性仿真曲线，证明了可以用适当增大从动轮齿数的方法来降低流量计的流量脉动。

| Abstract: | Instaneous flow of normal external gear flowmeter was studied. Its instaneous flow mathematical model has been derived. At the same time, flow pulsation of different tooth number of meshing gears is given. The relationship between flow pulsation and gear tooth number at different meshing gears is analyzed. Flow characteristics simulation curve of the normal external gear meshing is simulated by using external gear flowmeter can by reduced by added tooth number of MTALB soft. The result shows that flow pulsation of gear. |
