摘    要:为提高对锥齿轮啮合性能检测的自动化程度,利用虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW,融合检测技术和信号处理技术,开发了一套锥齿轮啮合性能检测系统.通过对锥齿轮啮合产生的振动和噪声信号的采集与分析处理,来指导评判锥齿轮啮合性能.该系统成功运用于螺旋锥齿轮啮合性能的检测与分析,取得了理想效果.该检测系统对控制和提高锥齿轮的产品质量...

Abstract:In order to improve automation of bevel gear meshing performance detection.Based on LabVIEW,the virtual instrument developing software,and combined with technologies of detection and signal processing,a detection system for meshing performance of bevel gear was developed.Through collecting and analyzing the signal of vibration and noise,produced from bevel gear engaging,the meshing performance was evaluated.The system is successfully applied in the detection and analysis.The final result is satisfied.It is ...
