基于ANSYS的15MN液压压力矫直机主机机体的有限元分析

摘    要:用SotdWorks软件建立了液压压力矫直机主机机体的三维模型,通过ANSYSWorkbench软件建立了主机机体的有限元分析模型,对主机机体进行了结构强度、刚度校核,在形状优化基础上进行了结构改进。

Abstract:The 3D model of the hydraulic pressure straightening machine host frame was established by using Solidworks software. The finite element analysis model of the host frame was then established by ANSYS Workbench. The structure strength and stiffness of the host frame were checked. Finally, the structure of the host frame was improved based on shape optimization.
