| 摘 要： | 提出一种基于产品制造工艺驱动、适用于可重组生产线的组态监控系统.采用面向对象技术,构建生产线中设备工装的图形模块库和功能模块库;建立产品制造工艺与设备工装之间的逻辑关系模型,并与相应的监控系统硬件进行封装.基于WinCC平台,开发组态可变的软件监控系统.根据产品制造工艺和设备的变化,监控软件自动调整加工设备、控制对象和组态内容,进而完成可重组生产线软件监控系统的组态和重构,文中案例对所提方法的有效性进行验证.
