图形化软件开发方法在可编程控制器中的扩展应用

摘    要:由分散控制系统(DCS)和可编程控制器(PLC)组成的一个综合型计算机控制系统中,应用软件开发方法和显示风格的一致性是十分重要的。文章介绍了下将计算机控制系统图形化软件开发方法应用于可编程控制器的工程实例,它采用拓扑算法优化PLC应用程序的计算顺序,有利于PLC与DCS相互之间的有要机融合,使其向着综合型和一体化方向发展,从而进一步提高整个计算机控制系统的性能价格比。

Abstract:For a composite computer control system composed of DCS and PLC it is very important to make applied software developing method consistent with display style. This paper presents a practical engineering example in which the software developing method using drawing block graph is applied to the development of applied software for PLC. In this method a topological sequencing calculation method is used to optimize the calculation sequence of applied program for PLC, thus, it is advantageous to merge the DCS and PLC control system into an organic whole and the performance to price ratio of the control system is improved.
