摘    要:铝电解工艺特性要求系列直流电流尽可能保持稳定。当前,国内外铝电解整流装置及稳流方式通常延用有载调压整流变压器加饱和电抗器的机械-电磁式自动稳流方式,随着可控硅(晶闸管)硬件及其控制技术的不断发展完善,其电子无触点自动稳流方式的优越性,在工业实践中更加突出。国内大中型铝厂已有率先采用引起可控硅整流机组自动稳流装置,实践证明,今后在铝龟解工程中,逐渐推广可控硅机组自动稳流来提高电能质量在技术上和经济上

Abstract:The specific property of the aluminum electrolysis technique requires that the reries direct current should keep as steady as possible. At present, the common rectification equipment for aluminum electrolysis technology at home and abroad is a loaded requlation-voltage rectification transformer combined with a stauration reactor and so the method of current-stabilizing is an electromagnetic and automatic one, while the advantages of electron contactless automatic current -stabilizing are becoming prominent in the industrial production practice with the development and perfection of silicon-controlled rectifier hardware and its controlling techniques. A few domestic large and medium-sized aluminum works have taken the lead in adopting the automatic current-stabilizing equipment with silicon-controlled rectifier units, It will be practically proved that it is feasible, concerning both technological and economical factors, to spread the application of automatic current-stabilizing with silicon -controllled rectifier units in the future aluminum electrolysis projects.
