| 摘 要： | 以太钢热铸机厂工作辊轴承为例，观察发现其失效形式及工作寿命通过其它献并未很好解决，因此提出建立一套亲的物理模型来预测其寿命，经比较，这种新方法更加适用于本厂，并为预测寿命提供了可靠的保证。

| Abstract: | Taking the bearing of the working -roll as an example which is used in the Hot Strip Mill of TISCO,this articles discusses its failure model and life It is found the failure isnot said in any other articles. So the author uses a new physics model to forecast the bearing's life and has won succeses. All of this make reliable guarantees. |
