雷州市南兴镇东林村新旧村聚落空间特征延续性探析

历史村落因各种原因走向衰落,新村开始大量建设。南兴镇东林村委会下的东林自然村是一个新旧村共存且发展较为有序的例子,旧村历史悠久,新村发展迅速。本文以东林自然村为研究对象,以东林新旧聚落空间特征的延续为研究重点,从村落整体布局、村落内部空间和建筑单体三方面归纳总结出东林新村的空间特点并对东林新旧村聚落空间特征延续性进行探析。

Analysis of the Spatial Continuity between the Old and New Estate of Donglin Village in Nanxing Town of Leizhou

Due to diverse reasons, the historical settlement space gradually lost its prosperity. At the same time, the new one begins to emerge. Donglin village, which belongs to Donglin Village Committee in Nanxing Town, is an example of the old and new estate coexistence. Here the old estate has a long history while the new one enjoys rapid development. This article takes Donglin Village as the research subject, focusing on its spatial characteristics. By looking into the overall layout, inner spatial pattern and the individual buildings, we are able to conclude the distinguishing features and analyze the continuance of Donglin Village＇ s spatial characteristics.
