新型螺环内酯的合成研究

摘    要:以艾薇醛与吡咯烷为原料,经脱水反应、与丙烯酸甲酯的加成反应、氢化还原反应和浓硫酸催化的环化反应,生成新型螺环内酯化合物9,11-二甲基-2-氧杂螺[5,5]-十一烷-3-酮,反应总收率达到26%。目标产物经^1HNMR、GC-MS等进行结构确证;并通过专业评香师和电子鼻的香气评定,认为具有一定香豆气息,可以部分代替香豆素在香精中的应用。

Study on the Synthesis of Novel Spiro-lactones

Abstract:The novel spiro lactones,9,11-dimethyl-2-oxaspiroundec-3-one,is synthesized from evertal and pyrrolidine as the starting material,via the dehydration reaction,additional reaction with the methyl acrylate,hydrogenation under high press through Raney Ni,cyclization applied concentrated sulfuric acid as the catalytic agent.The total yield of synthesis of 9,11-dimethyl-2-oxaspiroundec-3-one is 26%.The target products were confirmed through ^1HNMR and MS.The aroma of the target product was assessed by the professional perfumer and electronic nose.
