亚胺基二丙酸型螯合树脂的制备与应用研究

摘    要:利用满氏缩合反应,以甲醛、乙酸、伯胺树脂为原料,合成出了一种新型的螯合树脂-亚胺基二丙酸型树脂,它对Cu^2+的饱和吸附量达到4.60 mmol/g。考察了反应过程中催化剂、溶剂及反应时间等对产品吸附性能的影响。用扫描电镜与红外光谱对树脂的结构进行了表征。运用恒温动力学吸附实验考察了新树脂对Cu^2+与Pb^2+的吸附特性。

Research on Synthesis and Application of Iminodipro-pionic Acid Ligand Chelating Resins

Abstract:In this paper,primary amino group resin was reacted with large excess formaldehyde and acetic acid to form Iminodipropionic Acid Ligand Exchange Resin(IDPA).The main factors such as reaction time,catalysts and solvent that might affect the adsorption performance were investigated.The saturation adsorption capacity of Cu^2+ was 4.60 mmol/g.IDPA resin was characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Scanning electron microscopy.The adsorption rate equation and isotherm of Cu^2+ and Pb^2+ were obtained.
