磨料射流破碎岩石的性能研究

摘    要:磨料射流在切割破碎岩石时,将产生比纯水连续射流巨大的冲击力。从固液两相流特点出发,对高压磨料射流破碎岩石的机理进行了分析与实验研究。得出岩石在受到磨料射流的冲击下,磨粒与水体对岩石的冲击压力与岩石在水介质作用下力学特性的变化共同促使了岩石的破坏。岩石破坏时最大剪应力位于0.5倍喷嘴直径的径向距离处,同时在固体介质表面边缘产生最大拉应力。该研究从理论与实验上为磨料射流破碎岩石奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:It will bring larger wallop with abrasive water jet than with pure water jet to incise and break rock.. In this paper the mechanism of rock broken with abrasive water jet under high pressure is analysed and experimented according to characteristic of solid and fluid stream. It has been shown that the impact pressure and changing of mechanical characteristic of rock together make it bwken by abrasive water jet. The maximum cutting stress lie of the radial distance of 0.5 double dianmeter nozzle, while the maximum pull stress lie in the surface edge of the rock. The theoretical and experimental works have established the foundation of abrasive waterjet incising and breaking rock.
