基于SIMULINK的转运车液压系统动态特性仿真研究

摘    要:分析了转运车的搅拌液压系统,利用MATLAB语言的SIMULINK软件建立了转运车搅拌液压系统的仿真模型,并对转运车搅拌液压系统进行了动态特性仿真,得出了相应变量的动态响应值。通过对动态响应结果的分析,可以进一步改进转运车搅拌系统的设计,优化转运车的结构。

Abstract:A method to dynamically simulate a hydraulic system based on the software SIMULINK was presented.The characteristic of software SIMULINK was introduced and the dynamical model of asphalt transfer vehicle hydraulic system was constructed.By initializing the parameters of the model,the dynamical simulation was implemented.The simulation results show that the SIMULINK method is an effective way to simulate the dynamical characteristics of the hydraulic system.
