| 摘 要： | 依据我国现行相关法律规定解读了工程安全事故刑事法律制度,评析了工程安全事故刑事责任.阐述了我国法律关于工程安全事故行政法律责任的主要规定,并对之进行了评析.此外,还就工程安全事故的民事法律责任进行了评析.

| Abstract: | According to the current relevant laws and regulations and on the basis of legal theory,the paper interpreted and reviewed the criminal law system and the criminal liability system for engineering safety accidents ,and the administrative legal liabilities and civil legal liabilities in engineering safety accident were interpreted and reviewed as well. |
