摘    要:使用Ni-Al元素粉末混合压坯,采用加压燃烧合成连接技术,利用Gleeble-1500热力模拟试验机研究了金属间化合物NiAl的原位合成,成功地连接了Ni基高温合金。对接头进行了拉伸试验。研究分析了接头界面的金相组织和接头的断裂形式。

Abstract:In this study, the in-situ synthesis of intermetallic compound NiAl was studied. The pressed blanks of blended Ni-Al elemental powders were synthesized by pressurized combustion synthesis technique. The superalloys based on nickel had successfully bonded on the Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulation tester. The tensile test of the joint was done. The microstructure of the joint interface was investigated. The fracture of the joint was also analyzed.
