冀东油田水平井分段控水配套技术

摘    要:水平井是提高油井产量、提高油田开发效益的一项重要开发技术,冀东油田根据油田开发的需要在疏松砂岩油藏完钻了272口水平井,对油田的快速上产和提高开发效果起到了积极的作用。随着油田的开发,水平井含水率上升较快,目前达到95.7%。为了降低或控制水平井含水率上升,延长水平井生产寿命,近年来研究了相应的配套技术:水平井分段调流控水完井技术,主要用于新井完井或管内二次完井,控制各段均匀产液,避免某段突进,延长水平井的生产寿命;水平井分段遥控分采技术,主要应用于射孔井,通过地面施加不同压力和稳压时间信号控制每个分采开关器的开/关状态,进行逐段试采,然后根据试采情况开采低含水段,封堵高含水段,起到了降水增油的目的;水平井管外分段管内分采技术,主要用于筛管完井水平井,通过分段挤注ACP将筛管外分隔为若干段,在筛管内开关阀分段试采,然后根据试采情况开采低含水段,封堵高含水段。因此,水平井分段控水技术经过2 a多的研究、试验、改进和完善,在现场应用中均达到了初步的控水稳油效果。文中主要介绍这几种配套技术管柱的结构、工作原理及现场试验情况。
