摘    要:三孢布拉霉(Blakeslea trispora)是目前工业化生产类胡萝卜素的主要微生物,其发酵产生的β-胡萝卜素、番茄红素具有抗氧化、免疫调节、延缓衰老等功效。然而目前三孢布拉霉产类胡萝卜产量低是制约发酵法生产的主要因素。因此,如何有效的提高发酵的产量是现阶段研究中亟待解决的问题。该文结合国内外的研究成果,从菌种选育、工艺优化等方面来综述近年来国内外针对三孢布拉霉中类胡萝卜素产量提升的研究现状,期望能为现有的三孢布拉霉工业化生产类胡萝卜素模式提供借鉴。

Abstract:Blakeslea trispora is the main microorganism for the industrial production of carotenoid, and β-carotene and lycopene produced by B. trispora fermentation have the effect of anti-oxidation, immune regulation and anti-aging activity. However, the low carotenoid production by B. trispora is the main factor restricting large-scale production of carotenoid. Therefore, how to effectively increase the carotenoid production is an urgent problem to be solved in the further research. Based on the research results at home and abroad, the research status of increasing carotenoid production by B. trispora in recent years was reviewed from the aspects of strain breeding and process optimization, which was expected to provide references for the present industrial production mode of carotenoid by B. trispora.
