基于节能减排的山东省工业绿色距离和产业分类研究

从节能减排目标出发,利用1985~2005年相关统计数据,分析了近20年来山东省工业生产能源消耗和SO2排放量的绿色距离和生态化实现程度的动态变化,得出了在总体上向好的方向发展的结论。利用2005年截面数据,对37个工业部门进行节能减排的分类研究,并将37个工业部门划分为3种类型,即低能耗—低污染工业、中能耗—中污染工业和高能耗—高污染工业。然后,对上述3类工业2001~2005年的能源消耗和SO2排放量进行了统计表分析,结果发现:占工业生产总值35%的高能耗—高污染工业,消耗了61%~78%的能源、排放了90%~92%的SO2,是引起能耗总量上升和大气污染加重的首要因素;而占生产总值47%的低能耗—低污染工业,消耗了不到18%的能源,SO2的排放量也不超过4.5%,是典型的能源节约型和环境友好型工业行业。本研究为山东生态省的建设和产业结构调整提供了科学依据。

A study of industrial classification and green gap based on the energy-saving and emissions-reducing in Shandong Province
