空气出水堰的气压控制改造

摘    要:针对南方某污水处理厂空气出水堰在运行中出现的跑泥、出水流量不稳定、加压过量等问题,进行了气压控制改造,实现了双系统控制运行,增设了PLC故障报警、进气阀故障报警、过压故障报警、虹吸报警,使操作人员能迅速发现故障,并通过简单操作即能恢复空气出水堰的正常运行,大大提高了空气出水堰运行的稳定性和安全性.

Abstract:Due to some problems such as sludge leaking, unstable outflow and excessive pressurization in the running of air weir, an air pressure control was built to control the operation through a dualcontrol system. Four alarms were installed to warn the troubles happened in PLC, air inlet valve, overpressure and siphon. Thus, it is easier for operators to find the problems and get back the running rapidly. The stability and safety of the air weir are improved greatly.
