摘 要: | 研究了负载于氢型天然丝光沸石上的Ce、Fe、Cr、Mn、Cu 等氧化物及Ce分别与其它几个元素组合的复合氧化物催化剂对正丁胺、苯胺、硝基苯深度氧化的活性及控制 NO_x 能力。发现 Ce-Cr/HM 有明显的助催化作用。当 Ce/Cr 原子比为67:33时,活性及控制 NO_x 能力最好。在空速10000b~(-1)、反应物浓度2400mg/m~3、反应温度280℃的条件下,正丁胺的转化率为98%,几乎没有 NO_x生成。

Study of Catalysts for Deep Oxidation of Organic Nitrogen Compound |

Abstract: | In this paper,the activity and NO_x controlling ability of catalysts composedof oxides of Ce,Fe,Cr,Mn,Cu,and complex oxides of Ce respectively with theother elements Supported on H type natural mordenite were studied for the deepoxidation of n-butylamine,amino-benzene and nitrobenzene.Ce-Cr/HM catalyst wasfound to have obvious action of co-catalyzing.It's activity and NO_x controllingability are the best at a Ce/Cr ratio of 67:33.The conversion of n-butylamine is98 percent with almost absence of NO_x at 280℃ and a space velosity of 10000h~(-1)and a concentration of 2500 mg/m~3. |
