| 摘 要： | 电力需求侧管理是实现节能减排目标的有效措施之一。为确保需求侧管理能够在智能电网建设的大背景下得到有效实施,本文深入分析了需求侧响应的激励方法,包括基于价格的需求侧响应和基于激励的需求侧响应。在此基础上,介绍了美国、英国、意大利、西班牙等国需求侧响应的实施情况,对美国南加州需求侧响应的案例进行了详细分析。

| Abstract: | Demand side management(DSM) of electric power is one of the effective measures for energy saving and emission reduction.In order to guarantee the effective implementation of DSM in the context of smart grid construction,this paper makes in-depth exploration into the incentive methods of demand side response(DR),including price-based DR and incentive-based DR.Then the implementation situation in US,UK,Italy,and Spain is introduced respectively.Finally,the DR case in Southern California is analyzed in detail. |
