摘    要:对矿热炉系统的无功补偿量进行了系统分析。通过对矿热炉进行建模,以两点进行补偿为例介绍补偿滤波装置在补偿计算、谐波计算等方面的设计思路,并分析该方案的合理性。该方案使矿热炉的功率因数达到最优,同时实现了补偿电容量的成本最低,配电系统稳定运行。

Abstract:This paper makes a systematic analysis on the reactive power compensation of submerged arc furnace system.Through modeling and empirically compensating at two points,it introduces the design of compensation filter device in terms of compensation calculation,harmonic calculation,etc.and analyzes the rationality of the scheme.The submerged arc furnace achieves an optimal power factor after the filter was put into use at a low cost of compensate capacity,and the distribution system retains stable operation.
