| 摘 要： | 描述了电信网络营运商开放网络服务的重要性,通过实例说明开放网络服务对网络营运商和业务提供商都能带来的收益.进而,给出了实现网络业务开放的方法,指出PINT(公共交换电话网与智能网互通)业务在其中可以扮演重要作用.说明PINT业务是值得着力部署大力推广的业务.
