摘    要:利用高效液相色谱分析杨梅单宁与皮粉作用及作用后的皮粉用甲醇、丙酮洗脱的组份情况。研究表明,皮蛋白对杨梅单宁的吸收具有选择性,其作用速率与单宁的分子结构及其含量有关。极性强的组份其作用较强。

Abstract:The components of samples which sample during reacting between myrica [Myrica nana Cheval] tannins and hide powders and methanol or acetone extractions from reacted hide powders are analysed by high preformance liquid chromatography(HPLC).It shows that hide collagen adsorb selectively the tannins, reaction ratio deponds on molecular structures of the tannins and iheir contents, and the stronger the polarity is, the larger of reaction capacity tt has.
