玻璃器皿压机的快速设计技术研究

摘    要:玻璃器皿压机是玻璃制品成形的关键设备。为了满足压机的稳定性、高刚度、结构复杂的特点,应用参数化设计等快速设计技术在虚拟环境下完成整机的虚拟建模、装配,缩短了压机的开发周期,提高了设计质量,为压机等玻璃成型机械的开发提供了一套行之有效的方法。

Abstract:Glassware press machine is the key equipment in shaping glass products.In order to meet the requirements of stability,high rigidity and sophisticated structure,the high design technology,such as applied parametric design,is adopted to accomplish the whole machine's virtual parts design and assembly under the virtual environment.It not only schortens the developing cycle of press machine,but improves the design quality.It also provides a set of effective measures for designing glass forming machinery.
