再生胶/聚氯乙烯共混型热塑性弹性体的研究 Ⅰ制备条件

摘    要:研究了共混工艺、交联剂用量、软化剂和增塑剂等对再生胶/聚氯乙烯热塑性弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,硫黄用量为1.6份时,采用常温制母胶、共混温度155℃左右,共混时间6—10分钟所得材料的综合性能较好。随着软化剂和增塑剂的加入,共混体的强度下降,而永久变形和硬度减小,扯断伸长率增加。增塑剂用量少时共混体缺乏弹性体特征。

Abstract:The effects of blending technology, crosslinking agent, softeners and plasticizer on the mechanical properties of RR/PVC blends were studied. The thermoplastic elastomers with good properties could be prepared by pre-mixing on the open-roll mill the reclaimed rubber with crosslinking system at the normal temperature and then by blending and dynamically vulcanizing RR with PVC for 6 to 10 minutes at 155℃.And softeners and plasticizer made the strength, hardness and permanent set low, and made the breaking elongation high.
