NH3在中小型冷库中的应用前景

摘    要:基于对我国目前氨制冷系统在中小型冷库的应用情况,结合当前氨制冷设备和技术的发展状况和趋势,探讨氨制冷剂在我国中小型冷库中的应用前景。笔者认为:氨是一种综合性能优良的天然制冷剂,我国应结合国情,高度重视其相关技术发展,研究其安全保障措施,并在中小型冷库中进行推广应用试验,以积累相关实验数据;需进一步加强氨蒸气压缩式制冷系统及其部件、自动控制设备相关技术的研究,以推进氨制冷技术的发展。

Abstract:Based on the application status of ammonia as refrigerant in middle and small capacity cold storage in past years and the recent development trend of the ammonia refrigeration components and technologies, tries to discuss the application foreground of using ammonia as the refrigerant in the middle and small capacity cold storage. Finally, a preliminary conclusion is gotten; firstly, ammonia is a natural refrigerant with good thermodynamic performance, more attention should be paid to develop the related technologies and safety control method, and the ammonia should be promoted in the middle and small capacity cold storage system to test the field performance and accumulate the experimental data; secondly, the development of the system, components and control of the ammonia vapor compression refrigeration system is the key to promote the application of ammonia in the middle and small capacity cold storage syste.
