基于改进遗传算法的水轮机调速器参数优化

摘    要:本文提出了一种用改进的遗传算法优化水轮机调速器参数的新方法,通过引入自适应变化的变异概率和交叉概率,改善了遗传算法的寻优效率,并提出了分段加权的目标函数,能够改善水轮机调速器的反冲影响,通过仿真表明,改进遗传算法寻优效率较简单遗传算法有了大幅提高,具有很强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:A new approach for optimizing the parameters of hydro turbine governor using genetic algorithm is developed. The searching efficiency can be ameliorated by the alterable intercross probability and mutation probability. In addition, an objective function with different weight in different area is introduced, by which the undershooting of the system can be reduced. The simulation result shows that by means of this algorithm the searching efficiency is greatly improved.
