涤纶细旦丝织物有机氟树脂耐久性拒水拒油整理

摘    要:采用正交试验L16(4^5)和单因素试验法优选有要氟树脂AG-710添加交联剂2D和三聚氰胺树脂的耐久性拒水拒油整理工艺。经20次洗涤,添加交联剂的试样拒水度仍保持100,拒油性仍有6级;不加交联剂的织物拒水度降为50,拒油性降至2级,表明交联剂存在的有机氟树脂整理具有较好的耐久性拒水拒油性。

Abstract:The durable water _ and oil _ repellent finishing process was optimized using cross test L 16(45) and single factor test methods by adding DMDHEU and melamine resin crosslinking agents to Asahi Gard AG-710. The specimens made by adding the crosslinking agents retained the water repellen_cy at 100 and oil_repellency at rate 6 after 20 cycles of washing, v.s. 50 and rate 2, resp., for the control with no crosslinking agent added, showing the presence of crosslinking agents in the fluorocarbon resin finish improved the durable water_and oil_repellencies. Fluorocarbon resin finishing of the fabrics also im_proved the anticreasing and antistatic performances, but slightly decreased the air permeability and hand_feeling softness.
