摘    要:讨论了一种内表面为非加工表面 ,外表面为精加工表面的大型套筒类零件壁厚均匀的优化算法 ,以套筒外表面为基准测量套筒的壁厚值 ,间接确定套筒内表面的几何中心轴线 ,建立了确定套筒内表面几何中心轴线位置的最小二乘数学模型 ,根据优化计算得到的规划坐标调整并加工工件 ,不但可以保证套筒壁厚均匀 ,而且可以在加工前准确的判别毛坯件的合格与否 ,计算实例表明该方法简单、可靠 ,能够满足工程需要

Abstract:In this paper, we present an optimal method for homogenizing wall thickness of the large tube shaped part, which has the interior non working surface and the exterior high precision working surface. Based on the machined exterior surface, the wall thickness of the tube shaped part has been measured. Thus we can obtain the geometric central line of the non working interior surface indirectly. The least square method for determining the geometric central line was given. According to the optimization results, we can not only guarantee homogenizing the wall thickness of the tube shaped part, but we can also accurately determine whether the blank is qualified or not. Computation examples show that this method is very simple, reliable and effective.
