电动汽车电池组管理系统研究及实现

摘    要:根据动力电池组在电传动车辆上的使用要求,设计出电池组分布式管理系统,它采用模块式结构,解决了8块电池单体电压的实时精确采集问题,为准确判断电池状况、精确测量荷电状态(SOC)打下良好基础。通过采用ANFIS算法不断优化参数,并得出一些经验数据有效预测出电池的剩余电量。实际应用表明,系统运行良好,扩展性好,对电池组预测准确。

Abstract:According to the application request of traction battery packs which is used in electric transmission vehicle, dispersed management system for battery packs is designed by module structure. The management system can realize the precise gather to the voltage of each battery, which is composed of many single battery test modules and an integrated battery packs monitor. A new algorithm called Neuro-Fuzzy estimating of residual capacity based on vehicle drive cycle is adopted in the system. Via the application in electric vehicle, it is sure that the whole system works well and stable, which is convenient for expansion and estimates the state of battery packs accurately.
