埋地管线泄漏检测技术及其应用实例

摘    要:介绍了埋地管线泄漏检测技术的原理和主要工作程序,采用"电流梯度法"与相关法泄漏检测技术相结合的方法,在外防护层检测的基础上,再用相关仪等检漏设备重点探测防护层破损部位,这样就大大提高了泄漏点的检出率,最后列举了几个检测实例。该技术具有准确、快速、经济的特点,可大大提高检修效率,减少检修中的盲目性。

Abstract:The mechanisms and work procedures of leak detection technology for buried pipelines are introduced.The current gradient method and the correlation method are integrated.Based on the external protection coating test and examinations of damaged parts with associated instruments,the detection efficiency of the leaking points was greatly improved.Case studies of leak detection are presented, which show that this technique is high in accuracy,rapid in implementation and low in operating cost.The application can greatly improve the effciency of pipeline maintenance.
