| 摘 要： | 分析了接线盒的工艺特点 ,设计了1副注射模 ,模具的抽芯分3步完成 ,成型时模具不需顶出装置 ,且模具加工方便 ,制品外观无顶出痕且分模线较少 ,一模多腔 ,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | After the analysis of the technological property of the junction box, an injection mould was design. The core pulling was finished in 3 steps. It is convenient to manufacture the part with the mould. The mould does not need an ejector. The part has no ejecting mark on the surface and there are very few parting lines. One mould has multiple cavities, which increased the production efficiency. |
