水溶性酸浆果多糖的提取及清除自由基作用的研究

摘    要:采用热水提取、乙醇沉淀法,从酸浆中提取到水溶性粗多糖,产率为4.24%,经DEAE-32离子柱层析、Sephadex G-100凝胶柱层析纯化得水溶性酸浆多糖,体外实验证明该多糖具有清除·OH和O-2·的作用,EC50分别为0.149mg/mL和0.277mg/mL。

Abstract:Extracting water soluble polysaccharide of the Physalis alkekengi L.varfrancheti by the methods of warm water extraction and ethanol precipitation the extraction rate was 4.24%, getting the purify polysaccharide by DEAE-32 and Sephadex G-100. This polysaccharide have a concentration-dependent scavenging effect on superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical. The EC50 were 0.149mg/mL and 0.277mg/mL.
