特大型蓄热步进梁式加热炉的应用实践

摘    要:介绍了特大型蓄热步进梁式加热炉的特点,诸如空气、煤气和烟气管道布置、各种阀门设置和风机布局较合理,空气和煤气预热温度高、排烟温度和能耗低、操作和检修方便等。天铁集团2号步进梁式加热炉的实际运行效果表明其设计基本合理。

Abstract:The characteristic of extra-size walking beam regenerative reheating furnace was introduced, such as the lay out of air, gas and exhause gas, valves setting and lay out of gas motor are basically reasonable, the preheating temperature of air and gas are high, the temperature of the emission and energy consumption are low, and it is easy to operate and maintenance. According to the actual work situation of No 2 reheating furnace, the design is basically reasonably.
