A/DAT-IAT工艺设计中的若干问题

摘    要:从设计的角度出发,详细论述了DAT-IAT工艺及前置厌氧反应器的DAT-IAT工艺(简称A/DAT-IAT)中沉淀/滗水时间、厌氧反应器体积、回流比、pH值、温度、滗水器选择及反应池数量等方面的问题。为使该工艺成功运行,建议沉淀和滗水时间分别为1h左右;厌氧反应器体积比为15%左右;内、外回流宜为200%和20%~30%;pH值为7~8;滗水设施采用旋转式滗水器。

Abstract:Detailed discussions are made from the design point of view on the questions with DAT-IAT process and A/DAT-IAT process (a DAT-IAT process with pre-anaerobic reactor), such as settling/decanting time, volume of anaerobic reactor, reflux ratio, pH value, temperature, selection of decanters and number of reactor, etc.. For the successful operation of the said processes, it is recommended that the settling time and decanting time should be 1 hour respectively, the volumetric ratio of the anaerobic reactor should be around 15%, the internal reflux and external reflux should be 200% and 20% ~ 30% respectively, and the pH value should be 7 ~ 8, while rotary decanter should be used for the decanting facility.
