塔河油田南缘盐膏层钻井技术

摘    要:塔河油田南缘石炭系盐膏层以盐岩为主,盐岩质纯、埋藏深、厚度大。由于盐膏层塑性蠕变,钻进盐膏层时易发生井下事故或复杂情况,严重影响了钻井地质目的实现。在分析塔河油田南缘盐膏层钻井技术难点的基础上,详细论述了该地区盐膏层钻井技术,并以S105井盐膏层钻井为例,介绍了该地区盐膏层钻井技术的现场实施情况。

Abstract:The salt-gypsum formations comprise mainly salt rocks in southern Tahe Oilfield , and the salt rock is distributed deeply and widely with high purities. Downhole troubles and accidents are liable to happen when drilling in salt-gypsum formations because of its plastic creep, which is harmful to achieve drilling aims badly. Based on analyzing the challenges of drilling such beds in this area, the drilling techniques are discussed in detail, and their field applications to salt beds in S 105 Well are also presented.
