| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新颖独特、测试精度高、测量速度快、操作简单的自动选择汽车主锥齿轮调整垫片的方法。这种方法是根据测试的汽车主锥齿轮的装配空间大小和待装配的主锥齿轮的啮合尺寸计算出所需调整垫片的厚度。由该方法做成的设备应用于汽车装配线上,可以使生产工效和装配质量得到极大的提高,因此,在汽车生产领域具有极大的推广价值及应用前景。

| Abstract: | In This paper, a new measuring method for selecting the adjusting spacer of truck's rear axle gear by measuring the dimension of the installing space of truck's rear axle gear is presented. Based on the measuring method, the measuring machine for installing station of truck's rear axle gear has been designed and manufactured. This machine is very simple to operate and the measuring result can be given immediately. Furthmore, the measuring precision is very high.the machine has been successfully used in truck assembly line. Due to using the machine, the quality and work efficiency are raised noticeably. |
