| 摘 要： | 介绍了铝电解水平铸造机的工作原理及用途,并针对它在实际生产中存在生产产品规格范围有限且生产效率极低的缺陷,提出了变频改进措施,经改造在实际生产中取得了明显的效果,较好的利用技术改造解决了实际生产难题,不仅解决了原设计生产产品受限制的弊端,而且提高了设备的装备水平,较大程度的提高了产品的生产效率。

| Abstract: | The principle and purpose of the aluminum electrolytic horizontal casting machine are introduced. Due to the limitation of range of products and low yielding efficiency, the measure of modified frequency conversion is proposed. After modification, it has the significant effect and not only solve the limit range of the primary products, but also increase the yielding efficiency obviously. |
