摘    要:以四辊轧钢机工作辊为研究对象,建立轧制的弹性压扁函数,根据小变形条件下力的独立作用原理,采用叠加法计算其应力应变,结合板形方程和轧制凸度控制原理,逆向求解轧辊间的交叉角,解得工作辊轴向力。结果表明:准确计算其轴向力的大小,是解决工作辊轴向烧损的关键。

Abstract:The elastic flattening function is establlshed,taking four - high mill as the investigating object. According to the independent action of force under the condition of small deformation, the superpesitlon method is used to calculate stress and strain of the work roll. The crossing angle between mils is worked out inversely. The axial load is obtained with shape equation and convexity control theory. It is eoneluded that calculating exactly the axial load is the key to the settlement of work roll bearing damage.
