PP/POE/BaSO4三元复合体系力学性能研究

摘    要:采用2步法工艺制备了PP/POE/BaSO4[聚丙烯/(乙烯/辛烯共聚物)/硫酸钡]、PP/POE/偶联剂处理BaSO4和PP/POE/马来酸酐处理BaSO4三元复合体系。前2种三元复合体系形成了完全分离结构,而后1种三元复合体系形成了核壳包覆结构。力学性能研究表明,具有核-壳结构的三元复合体系的拉伸屈服应力、冲击韧性大于具有完全分离结构的三元复合体系,但前者的弯曲模量与断裂伸长率小于后者。

Abstract:PP/POE/BaSO4, PP/POE/BaSO4 treated by coupling agent, PP/POE/BaSO4 treated by MAH were prepared by new two step process. The two formers ternary composites were separated completely in morphology, the later was formed in core-shell inclusions. Mechanical properties investigation indicates that the yield strength and impact tougheness of composite with core-shell morphology are higher than those of composites with separated morphology, but the former has lower flexural modulus and elongation at break than the latter.
