宽间隙板式换热器在挤压造粒单元中的应用

摘    要:宽间隙板式换热器不仅具有普通板式换热器传热效率高、结构紧凑的优点,而且还具有波纹深的特点,因此特别适用于含有纤维、粘稠或固体颗粒物料之间的换热。以聚乙烯装置挤压造粒单元中切粒水换热器为例,介绍了其结构特点和应用工艺,并与普通板式换热器进行了比较,建议在此类工况下,积极推广应用宽间隙板式换热器。

Abstract:The wi fectiv fore, i solid e and t was part an examp pared wit compac especla icles. Pell le, whose h general de ts lly et ap pl gap plate exchanger was not only of the excellence of high heat transfer eftructure as general plate exchanger,but also had deeper corrugation, theresuitable for heat exchanging between fiber materials, viscous materials and water heat exchanger in polyethylene squeezing granulator unit was taken as pliance technologies and construction features was introduced,and was cornate exchanger,it was suggested that it can be extended and applied actively in the same conditions.
