彩涂烟雾在设备中积油结垢的原因分析及处理

彩色钢板涂层固化后挥发的含溶剂废气滞留在部分设备内积油和结垢,严重污染设备、产品、环境。研究中分析了该系统气流循环不平衡是其主要原因。同时还分析了涂料溶剂烟雾的物理特性及其变化的规律。提出了彩色钢板生产线热风循环固化设备系统技术改造的基本思路。

Cause Analysis and Solutions to Oil Build-up and Filth Deposition on Color Coating Equipments

The equipments,products and environments are severely contaminated by oil build-up and filth deposition due to retention of evolatile solvent carrying exhausted gas on part of equipments after solidification of the coat of colored steel sheets.It's proved through study and analysis that the primary cause to the serious contamination is unbalance of air circulation in the system.In the meanwhile the physical properties and law of change on the part of the coat solvent fume are analyzed and a preliminary blue print on the technical revamp of the hot blast circulation and coat solidification equipment system for the color coated steel sheet line put forward.
