摘    要:以钛酸丁酯和硝酸铋为主要原料,采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了掺杂铋的纳米TiO2(Bi—TiO2)。用XRD、TEM等方法对产物进行了表征:晶型为锐钛矿,粒径范围15—25nm。以罗丹明B(RhB)为目标降解物,分别考察制备的Bi—TiO2催化剂的光、电催化活性。结果显示,Bi^3+掺杂摩尔分数为0.5%、质量浓度为0.2g/L的Bi—TiO2催化剂对RhB的光催化效果最佳;采用三维电极法降解RhB,以负载Bi-TiO2的多孔材料为粒子电极的电催化降解效果最佳。

Abstract:Bi - doped nanosized TiO2 ( Bi - TiO2 ) catalyst was prepared from tetrabutyl titanate and bismuth nitrate using sol- gel process. The product was characterized by XRD and TEM and its crystal type was anatase and its particle size was in the range of 15 - 25 nm. The photo - and electro - catalytic activities of the catalyst were investigated by method of catalytic degradation of Rhodamine -B (RhB). The results showed that the photo - catalytic activity of the catalyst was the highest when mole fraction of Bi^3+ was 0.5 % and mass concentration of catalyst was 0.2 g/L. The electro - catalytic activity of the catalyst was the highest using three -dimensional electrode process with porous particle -electrode loaded by Bi -TiO2.
