摘    要:测试了新型水解褪色书写液的基本理化性能和生理安全性能,测试了由其制作的水擦褪色白板笔的书写性能。通过测试发现,新型水解褪色书写液可以在室温至-40℃下使用:与普通干擦白板笔墨水相比,水解褪色书写液具有更好的抗挥发性和开盖保湿性同时,水解褪色书写液具有非常低的黏度,更好的书写流畅性。书写液中可溶性重金属含量符合EN71-3标准的要求,为无毒、无皮肤刺激的产品。对书写液的水解液进行皮肤刺激检验发现,书写液水解后的产物对皮肤无刺激。用红、绿、蓝三种颜色书写液制作的白板笔平均每g对应的书写长度均超过了550m,远长于普通干擦白板笔墨水,可以很好满足板书要求。三种书写液在不同材质的板上12h内都可以轻易水擦褪色。

A Study on the Properties of a New Environmentally Friendly Water-erasable Ink Compositions and Its Application in White-board-marker

Abstract:The physical and chemical properties of a newwater-erasable inkcompositionswere tested, and also the safety properties. The writing properties of white-board-marker made of the water-erasable inkcompositions were tested meanwhile. It is found that, compared with common dry erase inks, the new water-erasable inkcompositions have lower volatility and lower viscosity, which can be used at above -40 . The migratable content of trace heavy metal elements in these water-erasable inks is much lower than the limits mentioned in EN71-3. The skin irritation test shows that, skin can contact these water-erasable inks and their degradation products safely. The lengths of line drawn by one gram red, green and blue water-erasable inks are all more than 550 meters, which can well meet the need of teaching activities.
