基于IabvIEW的圆珠笔滑度全自动测量装置的研究

摘    要:介绍了圆珠笔滑度研究的现状:分析几种有代表性的圆珠笔滑度测量装置,研究其利弊,并针对测量不准确的现状开发了一种新的测量装置——滑度仪:描述滑度仪的测量原理及系统设计,并通过实验数据说明其测量的优越性,基本解决了测量不准确的情况,测量重复一致性不超过15%,与手感关联度不超过2%。

Gel Pen Smoothness Automatic Measuring Device based on labvIEW

Abstract:Introduced the status quo of the gel pen smoothness. Analysed several representative gel pen smoothness measuring device and studied their pros and cons. Developed a new measuring device - smoothness instrument for the status quo of the inaccurate measurement. Described the measuring principle and system design of the smoothness instrument. Experimental data showed the superiority of the measurement. It basically solved the inaccurate measurement situation. The repeatability is less than 15%, and the correlation with the feeling is not more than 2%.
