摘    要:以有机硅树脂为基料制备了特种耐500℃高温涂料。通过正交试验对涂料配方进行了优化,确定了最佳配方为:w(滑石粉)=8%,w(云母粉)=5%,w(高岭土)=20%,w(白炭黑)=5%,w(沉淀硫酸钡)=5%,w(硅灰石粉)=3%。检测结果表明,该涂料具有良好的综合性能。

Abstract:The special coatings of 500℃ temperature resistance is prepared with silicone resin as binder. Orthogonal test is used to optimize the coatings compositions, and the best compositions: weight percent of talc powder is 8%, mica powder is 5%, kaoline is 20%, carbon-white is 5%, precipitated barium sulphate is 5% and wollastonite powder is 3%. Test result shows that the coatings are of good integrated performances.
