混凝投药系统的动态矩阵控制

摘    要:分析了人工混凝投药系统的不足,通过试验建立了混凝投药过程的动态模型,应用具有前馈-反馈结构的多模型动态矩阵预测控制对混凝投药过程进行闭环控制。实际应用效果表明,沉淀池出水浊度保持稳定,矾耗降低。

Abstract:The deficiency of manual coagulant dosage system was analyzed and the dynamic models of the system were established by experiment. The closed-loop control of coagulant dosage process was carried out by using multi-model dynamic matrix control with forward feed and feedback structure. The practical application shows that steady turbidity is kept in sedimentation tank outlet water and coagulant consumption is reduced.
