摘    要:介绍陶瓷压线轴装置设计的基本原则和方法。确定了适合热浸镀锌的陶瓷轴结构及耐磨性强、热稳定性高、不与锌发生反应的压线轴材料。达到了耐磨、抗蚀、方便操作,提高镀层质量的目的。

Abstract:To introduce the basic principal and the method for designing of ceramic bar for pressing wire. Finding out the bar suited to hot-dip galvanizing and the materials of bar with strong abrasion, high thermal stability and non reactive with zinc. The abrasion, corrosion resistance and convenient operation have been reached and the quality of plating improved.
