电渣重熔优质塑料模具钢A718的冶金质量和生产成本分析

摘    要:研究了电渣重熔法生产的塑料模具钢A718的生产工艺和冶金质量,并对电渣重熔法生产的A718钢和电弧炉生产的A718钢的生产成本进行了对比分析。结果表明:电渣重熔法生产的A718钢具有高的纯净度和组织均匀性,选用适当的渣系和生产工艺路线,生产总成本有所下降。

Abstract:The procedure and metallurical quality of the high grade mould steel for plastics A718 produced by electroslag refining (ESR) had been researched. Total costs of A718 produced by ESR and by arc furnace were compared. The results showed that A718 produced by ESR has a higher cleanliness and structural unity. Taking suitable refining slags and procedures, the total productive cost can be reduced.
