丙烯酸酯橡胶的加工与性能

摘    要:以三聚硫氰酸(TCY)作为丙烯酸酯橡胶的硫化剂,研究了润滑剂、补强剂、酸受体等配合剂对丙烯酸酯橡胶加工及其硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明:分别添加1~3phr聚乙二醇和MgO或ZnO,能够有效提高ACM的加工性、硫化反应速度和硫化胶的性能及热稳定性。HAF是丙烯酸酯橡胶的良好补强剂。

Abstract:The effects of lubrication agents,strengthening agents,acid acceptors on processing technology and properties of acrylate rubber were studied.The results showed that HAF was a good strengthening agent for acrylate rubber,and it could effectively improved processability of ACM and accelerated curing speed and increased the mechanical properties and heat stability of the vulcanizates by adding 13phr poly(ethylene glycol)and Znic oxide or magnesium oxide,respeitively.
